Somewhere on the box please write "Radio for Repair" to ensure it clears our receiving department as soon as possible.

We will try to ship all orders on the same day. However, because some products are very specialized, it may take 2-3 days to have certain items tagged and ready for shipping. We will notify you upon placing your order when you can expect us to ship. If you have time restraints beyond 2 days, please specify in your order or feel free to call us.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

20% Restock fee on returned merchandise. No returns after 30 days please. No returns on new or specialized items. Please call or email us for a Return Authorization Number if you have warranty or return issues.
