We want to thank all the customers who have trusted us to perform their
avionics repairs in 2011. As the year comes to a close, Texas State
Technical College will be closing for the holidays. With the Campus
closing, the Shipping/Receiving and Cashiers departments that we rely on to
support our operations will also be closing. Our Repair Facility will
effectively be unable to process any new work from December 19th through
January 17th.
Due to the current volume of repair requests from our customers,
regrettably, we will have to stop accepting additional work for the
remainder of this year. We cannot guarantee any unit shipped for repairs
postmarked after December 5th will be processed and completed prior to the
close of campus. In addition, we cannot guarantee any unit shipped to our
Campus with a postmark after December 15th will arrive prior to the
Receiving Departments closure. Those units will most likely be returned to
the sender.
In addition, the annual calibration on all our test equipment will be taking
place the first two weeks of January. The repair facility will not be
operational during that time. As January 16th is MLK Holiday, we expect to
be fully functional by January 17, 2012.
